We put our pumpkin out on the balcony and I checked it this morning to see if it was still there or had blown away. I don't think it's handling the smoke and wind all that well. It looks like it has maybe one more day of festive-ness left before it turns to mush!

Our Pumpkin
We attended a newly married Family Home Evening group and we carved pumpkins on Monday. It was fun. It's been a long time since I've carved a pumpkin. If you can't tell, it's a spider. We used a template--something I've never done before. It seems like they didn't have templates and special carving tools when I was a kid. Just knives and imagination.
